What an amazing summer it has been! We have been so spoilt with the weather!

The long summer holidays are made so much easier when you can be outside with the kids and everything seems that much better with the sun out.

Great weather also means lots of photo shoots in the great outdoors! I have had so much fun meeting new families and exploring new outdoor spaces to shoot in.

This shoot took place in a little park near Bounds Green which I had never been to before. It was a very sunny day and there wasn’t much shade but we managed to find a spot which suited us perfectly and got some lovely shots of this little baby and his big brother.

I headed to Mill Hill park for this next shoot. This park is very close to me and yet I have never used it for a shoot before. I’m glad I’ve discovered it though as it provided a huge variety of fantastic backdrops to photograph these gorgeous children.

I have never done a newborn shoot outdoors. They usually take place in the baby’s house using a beanbag, double bed and as much natural light as possible. When I was asked to do this newborn shoot at my favourite outdoor location on Hampstead Heath I was very excited. Especially as there was also a dog involved! 

This extended family shoot took place on the hottest day of the year! There was also a small garden space to work with but none of this was a problem. Smiles all round!
